What materials do you work with?
We work with natural stone, fieldstone, and pavers. For most Sewanee area properties, natural stone integrates best with the existing landscape, but we are happy to discuss what makes sense for your project and budget.
Do you design the layout, or do I need to come with a plan?
We do both. We can work from a plan you bring, or we can help you design the layout on site based on how you want to use the space.
Can you match or complement existing stonework on the property?
Yes. We assess what is already there and source materials that complement it. Consistency matters, especially on older Sewanee properties.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the size and scope. A walkway might take a day or two. A full patio or retaining wall could be a week or more. We give you a realistic timeline before we start.
Do you handle the cleanup and haul-away?
Yes. We leave the property clean. That is part of the job.
